At Catch Surf, we want to ensure you are stoked with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unused gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; surfboards must be unused and in their original protective wrap.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
